Hiring E-learning content specialist

Job Description:

Specialist who can collaborate with our client to create highquality, interactive, and engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360.

Creating Storyboard and converting to content using features like Hover Feature with voice-over, Voice Modulation, Creation of Flip Books, Simulation, Animation using Articulate 360 , but not limited to the same.

Develop e-learning modules, courses, and interactive content in alignment with the iGOT program's objectives and curriculum.

Create content across a wide range of subject areas relevant to government functions, policies, and procedures which will be given by our client's Subject Matter Experts.

Concept based, Process based, Procedure based, Guideline based.

Management, Administration, Rules, Technical, SOPs in English and Hindi languages.

HTML5 (SCORM content), Compliant iGOT Quality Content Framework & Quality Assurance of Mission Karmayogi.

Aware of Watch-Think-Do-Explore-Test (WTDE) model.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The specialist(s) should possess the following qualifications and experience;
  Proven Experience: A demonstrated track record in e-learning content creation, with a strong portfolio of projects developed using Articulate 360.
• Articulate 360 Proficiency: Expertise in using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other relevant Articulate 360 tools for content development.
• Multimedia Skills: Proficiency in multimedia editing and integration, including video editing and graphic design.
• Gamification Experience: Experience in implementing gamification strategies in e-learning content.
• Collaborative Approach: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the NADP team.

Responsibilities
• Generating business through online freelancing portal like upwork, PPH, freelancer,Guru etc
• Setup portfolio websites and get projects through these websites
• Documentation (experience in proposal writing)
• Interacting directly with client to understand project scope, propose solutions and closing deals
• Daily reporting and CRM updates
• Meet the assigned daily/weekly/ monthly targets

Key Requirements
• Knowledge of complete sales cycle and experience contributing at different levels
• As we’ve relatively fresh profile on some of the bidding platforms, someone with pulling off sales from a new profile shall be preferred
• Familiarity with common terminology used in Web and Mobile apps development
• Excellent written and Verbal communication skills, Email writing is a must,Good presentation and analytic skills
• Comfortable with international accents
• Basic understanding of SDLC
• IT Service selling / product selling experience is an added advantage
• Must be comfortable working in flexible timings, if required

What you will be doing:

• The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying website, from layout to function and according to the requirements.
• Strive to create visually appealing sites with feature user-friendly design and clear navigation

Skills we are looking for:

• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• The position requires constant communication with colleagues
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, typescript, etc.
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..)
• Good understanding of Web application framework such as Bootstrap AngularJS, etc
• Willing to explore newer web tools/framework
• Strong grasp of security principles
