Job Description:

Specialist who can collaborate with our client to create highquality, interactive, and engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360.

Creating Storyboard and converting to content using features like Hover Feature with voice-over, Voice Modulation, Creation of Flip Books, Simulation, Animation using Articulate 360 , but not limited to the same.

Develop e-learning modules, courses, and interactive content in alignment with the iGOT program’s objectives and curriculum.

Create content across a wide range of subject areas relevant to government functions, policies, and procedures which will be given by our client’s Subject Matter Experts.

Concept based, Process based, Procedure based, Guideline based.

Management, Administration, Rules, Technical, SOPs in English and Hindi languages.

HTML5 (SCORM content), Compliant iGOT Quality Content Framework & Quality Assurance of Mission Karmayogi.

Aware of Watch-Think-Do-Explore-Test (WTDE) model.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • The specialist(s) should possess the following qualifications and experience;
    Proven Experience: A demonstrated track record in e-learning content creation, with a strong portfolio of projects developed using Articulate 360.
  • Articulate 360 Proficiency: Expertise in using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other relevant Articulate 360 tools for content development.
  • Multimedia Skills: Proficiency in multimedia editing and integration, including video editing and graphic design.
  • Gamification Experience: Experience in implementing gamification strategies in e-learning content.
  • Collaborative Approach: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the NADP team.
